Listen to part two here.

Since adding collaboration projects to my business model, I’ve learned a lot! Since 2017, I’ve made a ton of mistakes along the way, but I’ve discovered what works.

I’ve seen many people make mistakes when leveraging strategic partnerships. If you’ve organized a collaboration project in the past, you may have made them too.

I’ve also come across many people who hold false beliefs about strategic partnerships, which get in the way of building a sustainable and profitable business.

In this episode of the Unleash Your Ambition Podcast, I talk about dispelling collaboration myths and avoiding common pitfalls.
