I have a client who's a doctor, runs a real estate business with her brother, and has four kids under the age of seven.
Sarah recently left her full time job at the hospital because of the 60+ hour weeks.

Sarah comes from a family of medical professionals. She never really wanted to be a doctor but her upbringing influenced her decision.
