• The launch of his podcast "Real Time Real Talk" in January 2025 which focuses on health and wellness in various dimensions (physical, mental, spiritual, financial, and educational). 

• The reasons why he was led to create a space where people could control their own narratives.

• Cultivating a leadership mindset from his Marine Corps training, which taught him to take initiative and speak up when something doesn't feel right.

What I truly admire about Michael is that his vision focuses on preparing his family to thrive without him if necessary, and he advises others to write down their goals and make incremental 1% changes daily.
